Flintkote has been named as a major Manufacturer Defendant in publicly filed U.S. asbestos personal-injury and wrongful-death litigation. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2004 and established the Flintkote Asbestos Trust under 11 U.S.C. § 524(g).
