BOP technicians allegedly stripped and rebuilt Cameron stacks in the district shop between wells, allegedly cutting spent asbestos packing and grinding sealing surfaces before re-packing.

BOP technicians allegedly performed shop rebuilds of Cameron stacks. Oilfield mechanics and toolpushers allegedly worked on the BOP at the wellhead during nipple-up, function tests, and pressure tests. Roughnecks allegedly assisted with handling ram blocks and hauling spent seals to the trash.
